Paid Social Manager (Clean Technology)

Location: Hybrid working from a London office, United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per year, with bonus potential

What you will do

• Own paid social strategy and campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Manage budgets, pacing and performance across multiple markets.
• Build structured test-and-learn programmes for creative, audiences, formats and messaging.
• Analyse CPA, ROAS, CTR and wider performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate creative refreshes and testing with Marketing, Creative and local market teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence making data-led optimisation decisions.
• Experience developing structured testing programmes across paid social.
• Practical knowledge of GA4 and a reporting or visualisation platform such as Sigma Analytics or Looker.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
