Talent Acquisition Partner (Renewable Energy)

Location: Hybrid with regular in-office presence in San Diego, California; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $67,568–$84,460 per year

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and long-term talent strategies.
• Source and attract candidates across multiple states using professional networks, referrals, job boards, community outreach, and internal databases.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, candidate pipelines, interviews, inquiries, and onboarding coordination.
• Improve recruiting processes, maintain talent acquisition metrics and KPIs, and protect candidate data confidentiality.
• Develop job descriptions and specifications while applying inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.
• Build relationships with candidates, industry sources, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in strategic and high-volume environments.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean searches, digital platforms, professional networks, and talent pipeline cultivation.
• Experience identifying, attracting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Working knowledge of employment law related to recruiting, screening, and onboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, or related technical fields.
• Understanding of diverse trade disciplines and relevant industry dynamics.
