Senior Full Stack Cloud-Native Developer

Location: 100% onsite, 5 days per week in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

What you will do

• Design and implement modern, responsive, accessible interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue, together with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and intuitive user experiences.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Java, C#, or Go with Kubernetes, REST/GraphQL, and microservices.
• Integrate data pipelines, analytics tools, and content delivery processes with data engineering teams.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines and improve application security in collaboration with cyber and DevSecOps engineers.
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical design reviews, Agile delivery, troubleshooting, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
• At least 4 years of backend development experience with Python, Java, or C#.
• Team-based frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue, plus HTML, CSS, accessibility, and modern UI standards.
• At least 4 years of cloud development experience with AWS, Azure, or DAF Cloudworks, plus Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile Scrum, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Nice to have

• UI/UX design experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, including responsive design, accessibility compliance, and web performance.
• Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Google UX Design, AWS Developer, Azure Developer, CPACC, or practical frontend certifications.
• Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring experience.
