What you will do

• Implement architectural and business functional vision for internal applications and enterprise services.
• Design and deploy scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Apply DevSecOps practices and maintain mature CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, product, and security.
• Integrate AI capabilities to streamline development and promote an AI-first approach.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with deep expertise in Java.
• Proven hands-on experience building cloud-based solutions on AWS (EKS, S3, Airflow, Lambda).
• Advanced UI development skills using React or Angular.
• Experience with cloud database platforms such as Snowflake, Postgres, or SQL Server.
• Strong proficiency in Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with industry-standard AI frameworks and tools (NLP models, LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs).
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Kubectl.
