What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for services and prepare client invoices.
• Research and resolve billing cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze billing trends and implement process improvements to strengthen revenue cycle performance.
• Coordinate system configuration and billing type updates to maintain accurate, complete invoicing data.
• Develop efficient billing workflows, monitor performance, prepare reports, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Identify technologies and collaborate with management and other departments to improve billing operations.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in client billing and revenue cycle management.
• Strong attention to billing data accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to research issues, analyze trends, and resolve billing cases.
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote role.
