Sr. Manager/Director of RCM

Location: Remote in the United States or based in the San Francisco office

Salary: $140K–$180K per year, depending on experience; equity offered

hirify.global is a Series A pediatric health company building a virtual platform for coordinated, multi-specialty care for children with chronic conditions.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the RevOps team, including the RevOps Lead and Associates.
• Own payer contracting strategy, contract lifecycle management, rate negotiations, and accurate loading of contract terms into billing systems.
• Set the billing quality standard across claims submission, coding integrity, and clean-claim performance.
• Manage denials end to end by analyzing trends, identifying root causes across credentialing, contracting, and eligibility, and preventing recurrence.
• Oversee payer reconciliation, ERA/EOB matching, collections, accounts receivable, and cash-flow predictability.
• Build scalable billing, denial, reconciliation, reporting, tooling, and documentation processes with Finance, Product, Engineering, and operational teams.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of total revenue cycle experience.
• 2–3+ years managing a team in billing, RCM, or a similar operations function.
• Experience with payer contract negotiation and commercial, Medicaid, and self-pay payer types.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring collection rates, denial trends, and A/R aging.
• Ability to resolve issues cross-functionally across credentialing, contracting, patient access, clinical operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or from the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• More extensive, progressively responsible RCM experience suitable for the Director-level title.
• Experience building revenue cycle functions in a startup environment.
