Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; Sofia, Bulgaria; Limassol, Cyprus; Portugal; or Serbia. Hybrid and remote work options are available.

What you will do

• Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that improve user engagement.
• Use customer insights and research to inform design decisions and usability improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, researchers, and stakeholders to bring ideas into production.
• Develop interactive prototypes and design user journeys that simplify complex tasks.
• Define, maintain, and evolve design guidelines and the design system across products.
• Lead design initiatives and improve product experiences through continuous post-launch iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex commercial applications.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product design work.
• Experience with SaaS products and design systems across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
• Expertise in Figma, including components and design systems.
• Strong UX focus, understanding of human behavior, and ability to assess the technical impact of design decisions.
• Clear communication skills, ownership of the design process, and confidence presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
