Senior UI/UX - Product Designer (Mobile Apps)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and research through high-fidelity design and developer handoff.
• Design native iOS and Android experiences for onboarding, authentication, identity verification, wallets, payments, and account management.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready interfaces in Figma.
• Build and maintain a reusable mobile design system with consistent visual and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and QA teams during discovery, implementation, workshops, and design critiques.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, design validation, analytics reviews, and design-quality checks.

Requirements

• University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience, supported by a strong portfolio of production mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including components, variables, auto layout, and design libraries.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and mobile usability.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile product-delivery environments and presenting decisions to multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, banking, payments, wallets, KYC, onboarding, identity verification, or other regulated products.
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Experience with user interviews, usability testing, structured design validation, analytics, and user-behavior insights.
• Experience designing responsive web journeys, motion design, micro-interactions, or using Azure DevOps.
