What you will do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
- Evaluate candidates against technical position requirements and deliver qualified candidate slates.
- Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
- Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
- Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
