A&T Technician II - 1st Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY / East Aurora, New York

Salary: $25.00–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical valves, actuators, and systems.
• Perform high-reliability soldering and wire crimping on complex electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Use electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, assembly tools, cleaning devices, and hydraulic stands.
• Interpret drawings, worksheets, parts lists, and other technical documentation.
• Diagnose and rework units that do not meet test requirements, including repairs normally performed with production units.
• Conduct testing using defined procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience in a technical field.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or the ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, NY / East Aurora, New York.
• Participation in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program is required for this safety-sensitive position.
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
