About the Role
You will track contracts and signatures, prepare quotes and order forms, maintain accurate CRM data, respond to customers, follow up on open items, route support issues, coordinate invoicing, and prepare for customer meetings. You will also identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and ensure customer contracts are handled carefully.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Strong new graduates are welcome
- Fluency with AI tools
- Comfort with CRM systems or the ability to learn them quickly
- Strong follow-through
- Ask questions when uncertain and avoid guessing on customer contracts
- HubSpot fluency is preferred
Responsibilities
- Track contract statuses signatures updates and blockers
- Prepare quotes and order forms
- Maintain CRM data quality across deals contacts companies stages and close dates
- Respond to customers and follow up until issues are closed
- Monitor support issues route them to the appropriate engineer and track resolution
- Coordinate invoicing with finance
- Prepare for customer meetings
- Automate repetitive tasks with AI tools
