What you will do
- Lead the operational delivery of managed VAR services for Football Association of Singapore competitions and Singapore Premier League matches.
- Plan and coordinate crews, hardware, training, and match-day resources across four stadiums.
- Implement VAR technology and improved operational processes with Football Projects, PMO, and regional support teams.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Football Association of Singapore and ensure contractual SLAs are delivered.
- Own the operational and commercial performance of the contract, including revenue, gross profit, operating profit, and budget delivery.
- Build and develop full-time and freelance teams while supporting regional football and events projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in project and/or people leadership.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and people skills.
- Strong technical grounding, ideally supported by a relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently, streamline structures, and implement efficient operating models.
- Ability to work under pressure in a procedural, live broadcast environment and follow schedules aligned with match fixtures, including evenings and weekends.
- Understanding of VAR and match-officiating technologies, or willingness to learn them quickly.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within Singapore or Southeast Asian football.
- Knowledge of the local football landscape.
