CAIT Manager / Influencer Manager

What you will do

• Manage CAIT-led influencer, creator, affiliate, and talent campaigns from initial brainstorming through final asset delivery.
• Translate brand concepts into casting strategies focused on diversity, volume, authenticity, and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, Creative, Production, Live Shopping, and Experiential teams.
• Manage key accounts, project timelines, talent pipelines, contract negotiations, and payment processing.
• Apply creative and commercial quality standards to delivered assets.
• Monitor project margins, improve workflows, and reduce revision rounds while delivering high-volume assets.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects, or talent management.
• Experience combining creative judgment with operational management of budgets and timelines.
• Ability to present concepts to clients, explain the business value of creators, and defend creative decisions.
• Experience with social-first content and creator or talent production workflows.
• Strong communication, persuasion, ownership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorization to work in the UK is required.
