Senior Project Manager - Human Resources

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional and global HR programs covering talent, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, HR technology, benefits, and compliance.
• Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific.
• Localize global HR programs for regional markets and align execution with local business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead organizational change and workforce transformation initiatives that support adoption and minimize disruption.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, governance, executive reporting, risks, and performance metrics.
• Develop scalable project management frameworks, playbooks, and operating models for HR program delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including HR, People Operations, Talent, or organizational initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across Asia Pacific and navigating diverse cultural and business environments.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and operational execution skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Working knowledge of regional employment practices and regulatory considerations is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational technology or high-growth global organization.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Thai, or Filipino (Tagalog).
