Project Manager

What you will do

• Plan projects by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, priorities, and resource requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks while allocating technical, AI, cloud, and industry expertise effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical, account, and partner teams, including governance and cadence meetings.
• Track milestones, manage budgets and performance metrics, ensure SLA adherence, and resolve delivery issues.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear project updates and guidance.
• Strengthen customer partnerships and represent hirify.global with credibility and integrity.

Requirements

• SCRUM or project management skills.
• Basic IT and architectural knowledge.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate using a one-team approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or other project management software.
