Project Manager (Cash Management)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in line with business objectives, timelines, and commitments.
• Coordinate project committees and project teams to define deliverables, priorities, estimates, schedules, and plans.
• Manage project budgets, capacity planning, resource allocation, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, security teams, solution architects, compliance teams, business analysts, and testing teams.
• Support requirements gathering, review testing strategies and results, and coordinate SIT, non-regression testing, and UAT.
• Manage release planning and delivery follow-up using Agile or SDLC frameworks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of project management experience in banking, financial services, cash management, payments, or related environments.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, estimation, delivery coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory and tax reporting, including AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m, German Tax Reporting, and client tax statements.
• Knowledge of transactions, corporate actions, securities, market data providers, reporting systems, core banking systems, or front-office applications.
• Strong English communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and client focus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, IT architecture, IT security, batch processing, data warehouses, and release management tools.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Clarity, or similar tools.
• CSM or PMP certification.
