Salary: $89,300–$222,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver medium-sized consulting projects or components of larger complex engagements.
• Identify strategic alternatives and project approaches for client questions using business experience and analytical judgment.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and analyze quantitative and qualitative findings.
• Create reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables, then communicate findings and recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, work closely with clients, and contribute to business development and proposals.
• Support learning, development, and recruiting programs while building expertise in consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets.

Requirements

• MBA or relevant graduate degree and/or at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in healthcare and life sciences.
• Project management experience and strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, including presentations, facilitation, and report writing.
• Excellent conversational and business English, written and spoken.
• Right to work in the recruiting country, the United States, and willingness and ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of current pharmaceutical and healthcare industry issues and developments.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Additional language skills.
