Senior Manager, Supply Chain Digitalization Benchmarking and Pilots (Supply Chain Digitalization)

Location: Berlin, Germany; primarily virtual engagement with occasional travel for in-person convenings

Salary: EUR 60,028–67,090 annually

What you will do

• Lead benchmarking with three member organizations against agreed minimum viable supply chain data standards.
• Consolidate benchmarking findings into evidence for the data standards pilot.
• Support the design and launch of governance, data standards, and interoperability pilots.
• Test governance procedures, shared taxonomies, data-sharing, and anonymization protocols across organizations with different levels of digital maturity.
• Document pilot implementation, lessons learned, adaptive management inputs, and completion reports.
• Translate sector mapping research into design inputs and provide progress updates to working-group co-leads and coordination bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, project management, data science, international development, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in humanitarian supply chain, monitoring and evaluation, or data systems, including pilot design or testing new operational mechanisms.
• Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience with data standards, benchmarking frameworks, or data governance concepts.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent English required. French or Arabic is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with GS1 or UNSPSC data standards frameworks.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder coalitions, working groups, or coordination bodies.
