Counseling Supervisor (Addiction Treatment)

Salary: $80,000–$83,000 annually plus bonus structure

What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and ongoing supervision to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy and complete required counseling sessions.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee case management, coordinated care, community-provider collaboration, and crisis response.
• Review patient charts and documentation for quality, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead supervision and treatment-team meetings, deliver training, and support clinical program improvements.

Requirements

• LADC Supervisor certification or license required.
• Compliance with federal and state certification, licensure, and degree requirements.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, counseling techniques, and treatment planning.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage confidential patient information.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic documentation.

• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a healthcare environment.
