AddeGrad Program (2027) - Client Solutions Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; based from the Salt Lake City office. US candidates only.

Salary: $68,000 starting base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on support to identify, investigate, and resolve client issues and questions.
• Analyze complex data sets to resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, Account Management, Sales, and Partnership teams on root-cause analysis and client satisfaction.
• Teach clients how to use the hirify.global platform through functional and conceptual instruction.
• Design solutions and execute implementation projects for new clients during future program rotations.
• Manage project priorities, communicate project health to senior stakeholders, and improve implementation processes and standards.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must be authorized to begin work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Strong interest in delivering an outstanding client experience in investment management or related software deployments.
• Understanding of finance and technology, or the willingness to develop that knowledge.
• Analytical, consulting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous projects.
