Functional Consultant (PropTech)

What you will do

• Configure and customize hirify.global applications to meet client business requirements.
• Support implementation projects through gap analysis, project coordination, system configuration, upgrades, health checks, and functional consulting.
• Lead client workshops, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams on functional solution designs.
• Review, convert, and validate business data during migration to MRI, including post-migration checks.
• Create custom accounting and property management reports, interfaces with third-party applications, and product enhancements using internal and Microsoft tools.
• Develop training materials, conduct individual and group training sessions, and contribute to online training courses and internal knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent industry knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design and development.
• Experience or interest in functional consulting, software configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation.
• Ability to document requirements, meeting outcomes, functional specifications, tasks, and budgets.
• Ability to support data conversion, internal functional testing, and user acceptance testing with customers.
