AI Workforce Enablement Consultant

What you will do

• Shape the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
• Design and run enablement programs that drive genuine adoption and behavior change.
• Equip managers to lead teams through transition, including readiness, support, and difficult conversations.
• Translate redesigned workflows into clear role expectations, skills, and enablement plans.
• Build practical toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources.
• Measure readiness, friction, and behavior change, then refine the approach based on employee and manager feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive behavior change beyond training and communications.
• Experience working with HR or Talent systems covering role design, skills, learning, or performance.
• Strong judgment, autonomy, follow-through, and ability to operate in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to diagnose resistance and tailor support to different needs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled ways of working; an engineering background is not required.
