Digital Workspace Solutions Engineer

Location: Working on-site from the Amsterdam office, with occasional international travel to Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and Paris.

What you will do

• Define unified hardware portfolios, software authentication policies, and digital workplace standards across the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
• Manage system performance, software delivery, RBAC, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows.
• Identify manual bottlenecks and build automations, including Zero-Touch Enrollment setups, to reduce ticket volume.
• Lead complex IT projects such as ticket workflow design and zero-touch deployments.
• Provide expertise on operational and technical challenges while collaborating with Security, Tech, Delivery, and operations teams.
• Own licensing strategy, hardware lifecycle, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience with modern workplace management, IT operations, device management, and systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and MDM solutions such as Intune, SOTI, or Workspace ONE.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python and knowledge of generative AI tools.
• Strong analytical, architectural, communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to work on-site in Amsterdam.
