Field Events Coordinator (Field Marketing)

Location: New York, New York; location-independent in accordance with a remote-first policy. Field events are executed across North America.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD per year, plus equity compensation in the form of ISO options.

What you will do

• Execute the field marketing event roadmap across North America.
• Produce trade shows, intimate dinners, creative field events, customer conferences, customer advisory board events, and executive roundtables.
• Develop event roadmaps and execution plans with field marketing and growth marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with demand generation, design, and product marketing on themes, creative activations, and content tracks.
• Coordinate partner co-branding, co-sponsorships, and executive speakers.
• Project-manage multiple events and partners simultaneously.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event production and event coordination.
• Strong project management experience across multiple projects and partners.
• Highly detail-oriented and process-oriented.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging event concepts and activations.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
