Events Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote, based in New York, with regular travel across the US

hirify.global is a Series A AI and B2B SaaS startup building the context layer for AI coding agents and a platform for AI-native software development.

What you will do

• Run US community meetups, developer chapters, conferences, partner events, customer events, and hirify.global-owned events from planning through live delivery.
• Manage timelines, run-of-show plans, budgets, vendors, venues, catering, AV, signage, merchandise, and shipping.
• Support US community chapter leaders with event logistics, promotion, repeatable resources, and on-site representation.
• Coordinate conference booths, sponsorships, side events, dinners, co-hosted events, and US roadshows with Sales and Partnerships.
• Work with Marketing, Community, and Sales on promotion plans, registrations, audience acquisition, and event assets.
• Maintain event plans, surface risks early, and share event impact and learnings with UK-based and global teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience running events, field marketing, or community events from planning through live delivery.
• Strong organisation, project management, attention to detail, proactive communication, and independent judgment.
• Experience managing external vendors, venues, and event partners.
• Willingness to work hands-on, including resolving on-site operational issues before and during events.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving company with a distributed international team.
• Based in New York and able to travel regularly across the US.

• Experience with developer, technology, or startup community events.
• Experience supporting community chapters, ambassador programs, or meetup organisers.
• Community-focused and commercial B2B or field event experience.
• Familiarity with the New York technology and developer scene.
• Experience promoting events through community channels, email, social media, or local outreach.
