Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annual in Bentonville; $96,000–$186,000 annual in Bellevue. Additional performance bonuses may apply, with stock available for certain positions.

What you will do

• Identify business challenges with leadership and partners, then develop data-driven hypotheses and research plans.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics models and prototypes.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for operational and business decisions.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including risk mitigation and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering partners, analysts, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making for complex business problems.
• Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects and workstreams.
• Experience developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and prototypes.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of data analytics experience, or 4 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Master's degree in business administration, information systems, or statistics.
