Manager, Data Analytics - Sourcing Solutions (AI)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the Home Office

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

hirify.global supports Walmart’s retail ecosystem, while the Sourcing Solutions PE&A team uses analytics and process optimization to improve sourcing decisions across categories and markets.

What you will do

• Design and implement business intelligence solutions to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive adoption.
• Partner with Product, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Merchandising teams to align data needs, metrics, and insights.
• Structure ambiguous business problems using prescriptive analytics, root-cause analysis, and governable business logic.
• Build and present executive-ready visual narratives that support value-driven decisions.
• Mentor and upskill the analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, plus 2 years of relevant experience; or 4 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable intelligence.
• Experience working with large datasets, interpreting outcomes-based analysis, and applying AI/ML in a business context.
• Proven experience developing practical predictive models.
• Ability to lead through influence and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in management consulting, sourcing and procurement, supply chain, or business strategy.

Nice to have

• Business analysis and reporting experience.
