IT Systems Administrator (AI)

Location: On-site at the Torrance, California headquarters; some travel required. Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements.

Salary: $121,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage Microsoft Teams in a GCC High tenant and configure, document, and operate meetings and events.
• Run live AV production for all-hands meetings, large team meetings, podcasts, and other company events.
• Troubleshoot and maintain conference-room systems, including Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, and related equipment.
• Build IT automation and AI chatbot integrations using PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Own ITSM workflows, integrations, queues, forms, and service-desk automations.
• Act as an escalation point for complex tickets, resolve root causes, and partner with Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience spanning systems administration and AV ownership.
• Hands-on experience producing live AV events and strong experience with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience troubleshooting conference-room equipment such as Logitech, Crestron, and Q-SYS.
• Strong scripting or coding skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, workflow automation, chatbot flows, and system integrations.
• Ability to work on-site at the Torrance, California headquarters, travel as required, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Microsoft GCC High or other government cloud experience.
• Prior software engineering experience and a degree or coursework in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• AV certifications such as Crestron CTS, AVIXA CTS or CTS-I, Q-SYS, Dante, or Shure.
• Live streaming, broadcast, networking, or compliance experience.
