What you will do
- Support the development, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing processes within a process module.
- Troubleshoot, sustain, and qualify manufacturing equipment to improve process stability, yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop process control methodologies.
- Conduct experiments, analyze complex datasets, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for process and equipment issues.
- Present technical findings, recommendations, and project results to engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a PhD in engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related STEM field.
- At least 3 months of educational, research, laboratory, internship, or industry experience.
- Hands-on experience through academic research, laboratory work, internships, coursework, or technical projects.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, or advanced manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in machine learning, Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Research or technical solution development experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
