Mgr, Process Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage engineers performing hardware characterization across the full product range.
• Plan and execute process engineering projects and develop new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Lead the definition and implementation of methodologies for troubleshooting and resolving complex process engineering issues.
• Work with key customers to resolve complex process engineering problems.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, technical reports, and process engineering specifications.
• Improve technology and product capabilities to contribute to market share gains.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of process engineering concepts, theories, and principles.
• Ability to manage a generally homogeneous engineering team and adapt priorities to operational challenges.
• Experience identifying and resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide and influence internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.
• Availability for approximately 10% business travel.
