Location: On-site in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA
Salary: $25.50–$32.20 per hour

manufactures automotive-grade semiconductors and is expanding its foundry capacity and advanced BCD, GaN, and wide-bandgap technologies for markets including national defense and AI data centers.
What you will do
- Support operational efficiency and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Conduct capacity studies and prepare reports on key toolsets to improve modeling accuracy.
- Perform labor studies and identify potential operational efficiency improvements.
- Observe fab operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, and other available software to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Operations, Process Engineering, and Maintenance Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or industrial and systems engineering.
- Completion of sophomore year required.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, basic programming, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, Minnesota.
