What you will do

  • Support compact modeling activities for state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies.
  • Co-optimize process technology to enable high-performance products for data-centric applications.
  • Develop Layout-dependent effects (LDE) for FinFET or GAAFET technologies and analyze their impact on circuit performance.
  • Develop methodologies for device targeting and benchmarking circuits, including statistical variation models.
  • Model self-heating effects and their influence on device and circuit performance.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and geographies to accelerate time-to-market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) with 5+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD.
  • Strong academic or professional background in semiconductor device physics.
  • 1+ years of experience in Python scripting for data analysis, automation, and documentation.
  • Must be able to work on-site in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with extraction tools such as ICCAP or MBP.
  • Experience with commercial simulators like HSPICE or Spectre.
  • Hands-on experience with BSIM-CMG and advanced nodes (FinFET, GAA).
  • Experience with Open Model Interface (OMI) and machine learning algorithms for data analysis.
  • Understanding of process flow, layout, and basic circuit design.
