Personal Banker I - Floater (Banking)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas — Stockyards; on-site branch role with Monday–Friday availability from 7:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across personal banking and teller services while meeting consumer banking performance standards.
• Educate customers about deposits and loans and resolve service or account maintenance issues.
• Process deposits, payments, and check cashing in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain cash on hand, prepare daily teller settlements, and complete transaction proofing.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide financial guidance.
• Manage risk, practice loss prevention, and follow applicable banking laws and Bank Secrecy Act policies.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability Monday–Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
