What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value customers across multiple bank branches.
• Identify financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, lending, investment, and other banking products.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, outside calling, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about banking products and online, mobile, and ATM services.
• Build internal partnerships and maintain knowledge of products, technology, policies, and procedures.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, with investment or lending experience.
• At least 3 of the required FINRA or insurance licenses in active status, including Series 6 or 7, Series 63 or 66, State Life and Health Insurance License, and SIE.
• Any remaining required licenses must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Must currently be authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Strong communication, presentation, sales, relationship management, banking, investment, and lending skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in business lending or business sales.
• Experience managing a book of business and using mobile and online banking technology.
• Knowledge of deposit products.
