Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow customer relationships through sales processes, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers about bank products, services, mobile services, and online banking.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
• Cash-handling skills and comfort with banking technology are preferred.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
