Project Manager II (Treasury Management)

Location: Based within hirify.global's footprint in the United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations, with occasional in-office participation required based on business needs.

Salary: $63,750–$127,500 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage treasury management projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment.
• Plan project scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, resources, and work allocation for individual projects or portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal project liaisons to secure resources, assign tasks, supervise project team members, and control execution.
• Track and report progress, analyze results, define project deliverables, and forecast future trends.
• Manage scope changes, identify potential crises, develop contingency plans, and communicate with governing bodies and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in treasury management project management is preferred.
• Skills in project management, project implementation, budgeting, analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, and organizational leadership.
