Contract Negotiator (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Support start-up contracting activities for sponsors, studies, and multi-protocol clinical trial programs.
• Develop investigator grant estimates, proposal text, contract budgets, and related documentation.
• Maintain contract templates, contracting systems, CTMS data, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional and country teams to deliver project scope.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support for clinical trial initiation and maintenance.
• Track contracting performance, financial goals, project timelines, quality standards, and out-of-scope activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience, including demonstrable contract negotiation experience.
• Understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, SOPs, and corporate standards.
• Strong technical writing skills.
