Sr. Contract Negotiation Specialist (North America Team)

Location: Home-based role for candidates based in Brazil or Argentina; position listed in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, amendments, and related site contracts.
• Manage an assigned contract portfolio and support site activation deliverables and study timelines.
• Coordinate contract-related matters with investigative sites and internal teams, including Site Activation, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Apply approved negotiation parameters, escalate non-standard or higher-risk terms, and resolve contract-related delays.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, provide status updates and metrics, and support audit and inspection readiness.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance contract cycle times and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil or Argentina.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• Direct experience negotiating contracts and budgets with clinical research sites.
• Advanced English proficiency required for supporting North American sites and working with a global team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established timelines and quality expectations.
