What you will do
- Oversee daily physical security operations across the Belfast estate.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fire safety policy.
- Lead contingency planning exercises and maintain emergency response readiness.
- Manage fire safety service providers and coordinate with local fire and rescue authorities.
- Complete fire risk assessments, forecast mitigation capital expenditure, and harmonise safety reporting.
- Work with Facility Management to maintain fire detection, suppression systems, and related equipment.
Requirements
- Recognised qualifications in both fire safety and security management.
- At least five years of proven experience in security management.
- Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance, including a criminal record check.
- Availability for frequent travel between Belfast sites and short-notice business travel.
Nice to have
- Fire service or fire safety management experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Experience managing fire or security contractors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
