Regional EHS Leader - GT Services Europe & Africa (Energy)

Location: Hybrid role based in Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, or Poland

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 gross per year; the stated range is based on the Italian labor market.

What you will do

• Define and execute the EHS strategy and roadmap for Grid Technologies Service across Europe and Africa.
• Lead and advise subregional EHS teams, regional leadership, operational teams, and country stakeholders.
• Strengthen a Zero Harm culture through visible leadership, coaching, field engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive incident investigations, risk reviews, audits, reporting, corrective actions, and EHS performance management.
• Integrate EHS into project execution, field service operations, contractor management, and business growth activities.
• Promote collaboration, best-practice sharing, digital EHS solutions, and data analytics.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, occupational health and safety, environmental management, or a related discipline.
• Significant EHS leadership experience in energy, industrial, construction, project, or field service environments.
• At least 7–8 years of experience leading EHS programs across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build high-performing teams in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
