Supervisor - Facilities (Retail)

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Day shift: 5:45am–2:45pm, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily technical cleaning tasks, priorities, schedules, and reactive work across warehouse shifts.
• Supervise cleaning teams, support team wellbeing, conduct one-to-one performance reviews, and manage KPIs.
• Oversee cleaning operations in high-risk and hard-to-reach warehouse areas while maintaining general cleaning and waste management standards.
• Provide technical support, monitor equipment maintenance, maintain service records, and administer scheduling and reporting systems.
• Work with Facilities, Automation, Operations, warehouse associates, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Conduct quality spot-checks, support facilities projects, and cover the Section Manager role when required.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in cleaning and waste management within a warehouse or large-scale facility.
• Experience in soft services and operation of modern cleaning machinery.
• Experience with CAFM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of COSHH, manual handling, health and safety regulations, ISSA/CIMS, BICSc, and BS EN 13549:2001.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organisational, and team supervision skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Shirebrook on the specified Monday-to-Friday day shift.
