Location: Kingston upon Hull, United Kingdom; site-based work with occasional travel required.

What you will do
- Provide visible EHS leadership, coaching, mentoring, and expert guidance to operational teams, employees, and contractors.
- Maintain and monitor site HSE plans covering environmental, sustainability, and energy management initiatives.
- Track environmental, sustainability, and energy KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Lead incident investigations, manage corrective actions, and resolve significant HSE deviations.
- Prepare HSE reports, performance analyses, contractor evaluations, and stakeholder updates.
- Partner with site management to ensure compliance with legislation, customer requirements, and company standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an EHS Advisor, Health & Safety Specialist, or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of international and local HSE regulations, compliance requirements, environmental permitting, and legislative requirements.
- Experience in renewable energy, construction, manufacturing, or another highly regulated industry.
- Ability to influence, coach, communicate, and manage stakeholders across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including KPI monitoring and continuous improvement delivery.
- Full driving licence, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel occasionally.
