What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with senior NHS stakeholders, commissioners, Integrated Care Boards, Kidney Networks, and clinical leaders.
• Identify, develop, and deliver strategic opportunities that expand home dialysis pathways.
• Lead discussions on service redesign, patient pathways, healthcare transformation, and market access.
• Develop business cases and value propositions using clinical and health economic evidence.
• Translate national NHS priorities and policy into local implementation plans.
• Execute strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, remove adoption barriers, and deliver measurable growth and patient impact.

Requirements

• Proven success in complex NHS or healthcare environments.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, commissioners, Integrated Care Boards, networks, or C-suite leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert strategic opportunities.
• Experience developing persuasive business cases and value-based solutions.
• Knowledge of market access, health economics, healthcare consultancy, MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare transformation.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
