Senior Manager, Service Operations & Market Execution Americas, MedTech Supply Chain (S&OE and distribution operations): Leading regional execution governance across North and Latin American distribution centers with an accent on service, inventory, capacity, backorder, and customer-impacting trade-offs. Focus on coordinating cross-site decisions, standardizing escalation routines, and resolving short-term execution constraints across a multi-site supply chain network.

Location: Hybrid position in Raritan, New Jersey, United States; regional responsibility covers North America and Latin America, with travel as required.

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 base pay per year.

What you will do

  • Lead the Americas S&OE operating mechanism for distribution execution across North and Latin American distribution centers.
  • Deploy regional governance routines, decision rules, escalation paths, and exception thresholds for service, inventory, backorders, capacity, and demand or supply risks.
  • Coordinate cross-site responses and trade-off decisions involving service, cost, inventory, capacity, transportation, and customer impact.
  • Align Customer Service, planning interfaces, commercial stakeholders, site operations, and logistics partners around customer and market execution priorities.
  • Standardize exception identification, escalation, review, resolution, and action ownership across the distribution network.
  • Use performance and finance insights to identify systemic constraints, improve decision cycle time, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, distribution, logistics, or customer service operations within multi-site networks.
  • Experience defining and leading governance models, decision frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and operating routines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make trade-off decisions under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Ability to lead across functions and geographies in a matrixed environment.
  • Fluent English required.

Nice to have

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
  • Experience with distribution resource planning, demand forecasting, S&OP, lean supply chain management, or order management.
