Senior Analyst Value Analysis (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Remote; travel 21–40% within the US

What you will do

• Analyze medical and surgical products, clinical spend, supply chain operations, and ERP reports to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Collect, research, interpret, and present financial, quality, service, and patient outcome data.
• Coordinate product evaluations, review new product and product change requests, and support utilization and waste reduction initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, project plans, and client deliverables using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with clinicians, materials management, buyers, analysts, Value Analysis Team members, and leadership.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow analysts and support implementation of value analysis strategies across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Analytical and financial capabilities in healthcare supply chain, healthcare provider supply chain, consulting, or related operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Ability to analyze healthcare processes, communicate effectively, make independent decisions, manage changing priorities, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to travel 21–40% within the US while working remotely.

Nice to have

• CVAHP certification.
• Access/SQL experience.
• Two or more years of combined clinical experience in a hospital setting with direct Value Analysis experience in an integrated delivery network or other large system.
• Experience improving patient outcomes through healthcare process analysis.
• Business operations analysis, supply chain operations management, and operational process improvement experience.
