Sr Product Manager, Goals Powered Solutions (GPS) (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Lead roadmap planning and execution for the Goals Powered Solutions wealth management platform.
• Define and prioritize capabilities for goals-based advice, financial planning, advisor workflows, and client engagement.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, shared platforms, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, UX, data, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define product requirements, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and platform standards.
• Monitor platform health, adoption, performance, and business outcomes while leading improvement and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or digital platforms.
• Experience leading complex platforms, shared capabilities, or enterprise product initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of wealth management, financial planning, advisory workflows, and goals-based advice.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud-native architectures, APIs, data integrations, and shared services.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced product management, Agile, or financial services certifications.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile planning and delivery tools.
