Associate Product Manager, Private Passport (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Manage user request intake and triage, escalate issues, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Gather requirements, identify stakeholders, facilitate discovery sessions, and document business needs.
• Support roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and agile delivery by maintaining epics, features, and user stories.
• Partner with business, engineering, UX, operations, risk, compliance, and other teams to deliver platform enhancements.
• Support user acceptance testing, pilot programs, production releases, demos, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user satisfaction while maintaining product documentation and process materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, digital platforms, or a related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of product management, agile methodologies, and digital product development.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Agile, product management, or business-related certifications.
