(Senior) Scent Design Manager - Fine Fragrance

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; role based at the Scent Creative Center in Dubai.

What you will do

• Manage go-to-market projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies.
• Connect market, customer, and consumer needs to competitive fragrance and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with perfumers, technical specialists, consumer insights, and marketing teams to develop fragrance solutions and capabilities.
• Develop creative strategies based on Holistic Scent Design principles and define consumer insight priorities.
• Provide creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to support exploration and dhirify.globalerentiation.
• Build stakeholder relationships and share market and competitive insights across the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent olfactive communication skills, including odor discrimination, description, association, and memory.
• Understanding of market and consumer trends, consumer behavior, fragrance ingredients, and fragrance technologies.
• Basic technical knowledge of fragrance formulations and stability risk assessment.
• Strong project management skills with a disciplined and process-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in perfumery, science, chemistry, consumer science, product research, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English required.
