What you will do
- Coordinate regulatory approvals and renewals for foreign aircraft operations, including FAOP, FAOC, DG, and LVO applications.
- Liaise with local and international aviation authorities and review regulatory standards to maintain compliance.
- Manage ACMI approval documentation with lessors and maintain the permissions database for operational flexibility.
- Support charter operations and coordinate ad-hoc aircraft events, including flypasts and static displays.
- Coordinate the entry-into-service program for newly delivered aircraft alongside the technical department.
- Support readiness activities for new station start-ups and other operational projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the airline industry.
- Experience coordinating regulatory authorities, aircraft approvals, or airline operational processes.
- Strong coordination and documentation management skills.
