Operations Intern (Bybit Card) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as a card operations expert for escalated customer support cases and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving card payments, applications, rewards, and card usage by analyzing logs, databases, and operational portals.
• Support market and product launches through internal testing, beta releases, stakeholder coordination, and issue prevention.
• Manage settlement reconciliation, vendor interactions, rewards operations, physical card stock, payment requests, and invoice reconciliation.
• Handle disputes with issuers and card schemes in collaboration with risk teams.
• Contribute to product improvements, user journey optimization, performance analysis, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Professional, nearly fluent English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, initiative, creativity, and readiness to make decisions independently.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders across teams and cultures.
• Knowledge of card management systems, card network rules, or card issuing operations is advantageous but not required.
• Three to five years of experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
• Readiness to learn on the job and handle a diverse range of operational responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Product management experience in fintech or insurtech.
• Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience with card issuing operations.
